Who I treat.

.

The Mother.

Welcome to a practice where deep psychological insight meets soulful exploration. I work best with women-especially young women and mothers-who crave more than surface level wellness. You're intuitive, mystical, and you're not afraid to go deep into the emotional and spiritual layers of your life. You appreciate the finer things, invest in your growth, and you want your healing journey to feel as intentional and elevated as the rest of your life..all while becoming the best version of you for your children.

The High-Performer.

You've built a life that looks impressive from the outside-successful, driven, and high-achieving-but internally, you're carrying a constant undercurrent of anxiety, pressure, and the quiet question: Is this sustainable? You're someone who gets things done, who performs at a high level, and who others look to as the one who "has it all together." But you know there's more. You're ready to explore what balance really means-not as another goal to conquer, but as a deeper alignment with yourself. In our work together, we bring in both grounded psychological insight and somatic practices to help you reconnect to your body, soften your nervous system, and build a life that's not just productive, but also present, meaningful, and whole.

The Survivor.

If you're healing from a controlling relationship or a rigid religious experience, you may be struggling to trust yourself, set boundaries, or reconnect with your own voice. My practice offers a safe, non-judgemental space to untangle the effects of manipulation, shame, and spiritual confusion. Together, we'll work gently and deeply to rebuild your sense of self, reclaim your autonomy, and explore what freedom, meaning, and connection look like on your terms. Healing is possible-and it begins with the courage to question, feel, and choose your own path forward.

How I do Therapy.

I believe in using evidence-based therapies as a footstool to reconnect with the authentic self wherein we can co-create alignment, wisdom, and connection.

Although DBT and ART are considered my primary practice modalities, I also include elements of emotion-focused therapies, mindfulness, psychoneuroimmunology, mind-body theory, family systems theory, and trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral therapies based on your specific needs.

*Please be advised that I only work with individuals 18 years and older.*

 DBT – Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

The practical tools.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a comprehensive, evidence-based therapy that provides individuals with this structure to our mental and emotional lives that so many desperately need. Originally developed to work with individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), DBT has proven effective for individuals suffering with unstable mood, addictive behaviours, relationship problems, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and much more. DBT creates a structural roadmap for individuals to climb out of their misery by changing their thinking patterns, learning practical tools to regulate their emotions, and using mindfulness to cultivate presence and contentment in every day life.

*Please be advised that at this time I do not offer DBT group therapy*

 ART - Accelerated Resolution Therapy

The re-wiring of the nervous system.

ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) attends to the places where talk therapy fails us…often times where trauma is stored. This ground-breaking, evidence-based psychotherapy relieves the brain and body from the unconscious or conscious storage of trauma in the deepest parts of ourselves.

This therapy can be used for all forms of trauma including physical, sexual, emotional, and attachment trauma; addiction; anxiety; phobias; depression; chronic pain and pain management; and various other concerns.

I also use concepts and tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Narrative Therapy, as well as exploring family-of-origin patterns and inherited trauma
